Notary Public

We can Notarize your signature, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Acknowledments and more...

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a legal document that lets you grant another person the authority to make important medical or financial decisions on your behalf. This person is called an agent (or “attorney-in-fact,” as it's known in California). The creator of the POA is called the principal.

An affidavit is a sworn statement a person makes before a notary or officer of the court outside of the court asserting that certain facts are true to the best of that person's knowledge. Affidavits by both plaintiff/prosecution and defense witnesses are usually collected in preparation for a trial.

An acknowledgement is used to verify the identity of the signer and to confirm that they signed the document. They are not swearing to the truthfulness or validity of the document, they are simply acknowledging that they signed the document. These are the most common documents notarized.
